Real Estate Update Scheduling App
This project was solely done by me. It is a real estate update scheduling app, where the site engineers can view and update on the site progress work. There are super admin, site engineer, quality control engineer, and more.

Wireframing
I started with listing down no. of projects, activities under each project, sub activities under each activity to understand the hierarchy and most importantly, information architecture which will help in building the application. A dummy architecture is shown to understand.

User 1- Site Engineer- who wants to see real time updates and planned dates, if it is going accordingly
User 2- QC Engineer- for quality, safety, risk, issue
User 3- Manpower Tracking
Final UI
There are a lot of iterations and changes after collaborating with stakeholders, and developers. The draft and iteration versions will be shown after final UI.

Challenges and Learnings
First things first, I was solely on my own on this project, I had a lot of ideas clashing with each other. I had to put down all of my ideas at one place, and then through stakeholder meetings and understanding requirements, business perspectives again. Made those ideas and final concept stronger.
