Who Is The User
Users of an HRMS include HR professionals managing employee data, employees accessing personal information and requesting leave, managers approving requests and evaluating performance, executives making strategic decisions, IT administrators maintaining the system, and finance personnel using HR data for payroll and budgeting.
Understanding Problem Space
To understand the problem area, I explored the existing application by conducting heuristic analysis and user interviews.

Clutter
There was a lot of clutter in forms, tables, table under table, action bars.

Lack of Visual Hierarchy
Users who were new, just started to the application were confused with information related to what.

Consistency
Consistency in visual design such as icons, spacing, padding, icon styles
User Pain Points and Solution
Shown are some screens of the existing UI and solutions I have provided. Many screens have been not shown here, for more details contact me on the given email id.

Action bar and hide checkbox column
Decluttering the action bar, data table according to the need required.
Challenges and Learning
I understood handling multiple projects at a time. My biggest challenge was time management while handling multiple projects, this is the one biggest challenge I have overcome. There were many technical constraints, such as I designed a completely new layout, which was not possible for the developers to develop as they had time constraint. There were many such use cases, which had to designed keeping in mind time taken to develop.
