Mango Distribution Mobile Application
This project showcases my overall UX (research, strategy, and application) and UI (logo, Color, Visuals, and Typography). This project revolves around overall process of mango distribution from farmer to direct consumer, conducting a smooth process. The research area was pune, kokan selected regions.

Understanding Problem and Need For Application
We have our business where we follow a process. It is in a mess, and frustrating for the users. The conversations, announcements, and payment confirmation were all done from WhatsApp, which made it difficult for the distributor to keep track of all. The users who were not added to the group were not aware of prices, or shipments, and used to forget about the replacement. It was chaos, time-consuming, repetitive frustrating for all.
Above images show, the screenshots of the distributor, books he has to maintain for collecting orders, payment to farmer, payment confirmation from customers. In total, they has 5 books to maintain. In those, screenshots also, we can see confusion of customers as news message to pass on forward gets missed by the customers.UPI Scanner code also, they can'tsend over 2000.

Challenges and Learning
My biggest challenge was understanding the farmer process of mangoes. Cummulating all the primary and secondary research into one mobile application. I learnt a lot about mango process from farmer to consumer direct.
